02What we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone, company and the message you send. Newsletter: email (and name, if provided) and language. Technical server logs (IP, date/time, page) for security.
03Why and on what basis
To answer your requests (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest). To send the newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). Site security and operation (legitimate interest).
04Cookies
We only use technical cookies required for the site to work (session and form security). If we enable usage statistics we only do so after your consent.
05How long we keep it
Contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: short term, per server configuration.
06Who we share it with
We never sell data. We may use providers (hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under contract.
07Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise any, write to geral@synvios.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
